The City of Chimneys is enclosed by a towering 4,000-meter-high wall. Within its confines, countless chimneys spew smoke, leaving the air so polluted that no resident has ever seen the blue sky. On Halloween night, a courier loses a heart meant to be delivered to its rightful owner. Unable to recover it, the heart keeps beating in the place it was lost—within the City of Chimneys.
