Authored by PhD Yerazik Harutyunyan, Sasuntsi David: A Primer for Adults is part of the Sasna Tun educational series, published by Zangak since 2014. Designed for Russian-speaking learners aged 15 and older, it teaches Armenian reading, writing, and everyday communication at A1–A2 level.
The textbook combines simple grammar explanations with practical, effective teaching methods. Across 12 topics and 24–30 class hours, learners can develop basic communication skills, learn to read and write fluently, and acquire 400–500 commonly used words through repetition, exercises, and lively dialogues. The lessons also introduce learners to Armenia and its culture.
